About Our Founder

Glenn Harris began his cleaning and restoration career over 30 years ago. He immediately became very passionate about providing excellent customer service. With customer services comes Integrity, Quality, Knowledge, and of course, Service – this is the foundation on which he has built Harris Services. He works diligently to resolve all cleaning and restoration needs.

On top of providing exceptional customer service, Glenn also wanted to grow his business with individuals who believed in these values, with the opportunity to progress professionally and personally. Glenn has a great passion for people, and especially the youth. He has been a member of the Boys & Girls Club Board of Directors for many years and volunteers
as often as possible.

We will take on any size project with care and professionalism. Most of our work is from previous business from our valued customers.

Since founded in 2004, we have grown to employ over 30 individuals. In addition to providing quality services to our loyal customers, we pride ourselves in our involvement in the Bloomington community. We are a locally owned and operated business who wants to work with you to become a part of our growing satisfied customer family.

Harris Services is a cleaning, restoration, and repair company founded in 2004 on customer service. Our trained technicians perform quality work in all areas, including 24-hour Emergency Water & Fire Restoration. Our care and professionalism have prompted our customers to share their experiences with others resulting in our growth.

In addition to providing quality services to our loyal customers, we pride ourselves on our involvement in the communities we serve. We are locally owned and operated and believe in supporting local businesses.

Beth Harris

Accounts Payable, Payroll and HR

Beth is responsible for overseeing finances, processing payroll and managing Human Resources for the company. But also assists in various areas of the company as needed. She enjoys watching sports (especially Indiana University basketball and football), spending time with family and friends and being outside as much as possible.

Ashley Belgarde

Project Coordinator

Ashley is born and raised in Bloomington, IN. Ashley started as a cleaning technician and now is our Project Coordinator! She is the first contact on all losses and handyman calls. She oversees all customer data, files, and assisting the project managers.

She helps walk our customers through the loss process. In her free time, Ashley enjoys being outdoors, spending time with her loved ones, and especially her pup Tucker.

Brandi Speer

Coordinator

Brandi lives in Mitchell, IN with her husband Darren and their six children. Brandi is our controller and keeps our financials running smoothly.

Brandi has over 28 years of experience in business management, bookkeeping, and operations! Outside of the office Brandi enjoys spending time with her German Shephard Saber, camping with her friends and family, and traveling!

Julie Bent

Assistant Operations Manager

Julie has 8+ years of experience in cleaning and management. Julie leads our dayshift and night shift technicians, writes cleaning estimates and scopes, scheduling and all around keeps our cleaning division running smoothly. Julie enjoys gaming, gardening, dogs and wrangling her chickens.

Max Medlock

Operations Manager

Max is a lifelong resident of Lawrence County in the Bedford, Indiana area. He has over 33 years of experience working and managing cleaning services. Max manages our daily and nightly operations for this division, all while training the technicians to deliver this in a “green”, safe manner.

This type of cleaning requires attention to detail and ongoing updates to stay compliant in today’s standards. Max has been married for 26 years and loves spending quality time with his family.

Brad Crowe

Project Manager

Brad was born and raised in Greene County. In 1982 Brad and his family moved to Monroe County where he still resides today. Brad attended Indiana University and afterward, Brad worked in the computer industry. From there he spent 17 years designing and selling kitchen and baths using a CAD (Computer Aided Design) system.

Brad works as an estimator helping design and remodel any jobs on our construction side. Brad enjoys the outdoors, farming and spending quality time with his family and friends. Brad loves IU Basketball and watching his favorite, St Louis Cardinals.

Justin Belgarde

Project Manager

Justin is originally from New York, however, has been a Bloomington resident since the late 1980’s.  Justin has been in the cleaning and restoration industry for 15 years.  He currently oversees the Cleaning and Restoration division.  

Justin is the first contact on all claims and works with the homeowners and insurance adjusters throughout the entire claim process by estimating any damages and coming up with a plan to make sure the process is handled smoothly.
