Harris Services is a cleaning, restoration and repair company founded on customer service. Harris Services performs quality work in all areas including 24-hour Emergency Water & Fire Damage. We will take on any size project with care and professionalism. Most of our work is from previous business from our valued customers.
Since founded in 2004, we have grown to employ over 30 individuals. In addition to providing quality services to our loyal customers, we pride ourselves in our involvement in the Bloomington community. We are a locally owned and operated business who wants to work with you to become a part of our growing satisfied customer family.

Steve Whitaker, Construction Manager Steve was born in Rush County and shortly after moved to Brown County when he was 2 years old, where he resides today. Steve is very involved in the day-to-day operations on our construction side of Harris Services. Steve has been with Harris Services for over 10 years. He is in charge of scheduling repair technicians and assisting in finalizing the estimates. Steve works diligently to make sure we stay on schedule and our technicians are prepared to deliver quality work. In his free time, Steve enjoys hunting, camping and spending time with his family and dogs.
Max Medlock, Environmental Division Manager Max is a lifelong resident of Lawrence County in the Bedford, Indiana area. He has over 33 years of experience working and managing cleaning services. Max manages our daily and nightly operations for this division, all while training the technicians to deliver this in a “green”, safe manner. This type of cleaning requires attention to detail and ongoing updates to stay compliant in today’s standards. Max has been married for 26 years and loves spending quality time with his family.
Brad Crowe, Estimator Brad was born and raised in Greene County. In 1982 Brad and his family moved to Monroe County where he still resides today. Brad attended Indiana University and afterward, Brad worked in the computer industry. From there he spent 17 years designing and selling kitchen and baths using a CAD (Computer Aided Design) system. Brad works as an estimator helping design and remodel any jobs on our construction side. Brad enjoys the outdoors, farming and spending quality time with his family and friends. Brad loves IU Basketball and watching his favorite, St Louis Cardinals.
Justin Belgarde, Production Manager / Estimator Justin is originally from New York, however, has been a Bloomington resident since the late 1980’s. Justin has been in the cleaning and restoration industry for 12 years. He currently oversees the Cleaning and Restoration division. Justin is the first contact on all claims and works with the homeowners and insurance adjusters throughout the entire claim process by estimating any damages and coming up with a plan to make sure the process is handled smoothly.
Kendra Wray, Project Coordinator
Kendra lived in the Ellettsville area for 12 years, but now resides in Bedford. She is very outgoing and says she’s “never met a stranger”. Kendra comes to Harris Services with extensive experience in project management, customer service and the insurance industry. She loves a challenge and taking on new adventures. When Kendra isn’t working she enjoys playing golf, working on home improvements projects and most importantly spending time with her family.
Buddy Hall, Director of Sales and Marketing
Buddy lives in Mitchell, IN. He married his wife, Lori, in 1994 and they have 3 daughters, Alaina, Aliza, and Alivia. Buddy has over 20 years experience in project management, estimating, marketing, and sales. He is also IICRC certified in mold and water restoration. He is on the City of Mitchell’s Board of Works. In his spare time he coaches his daughters basketball teams and strives to keep the dandelions and broad leaves out of his yard. Buddy enjoys spending time with his family and his 2 dogs, Emmy and Izzy.
Beth Harris, Office Manager Beth is the Controller for the business finances and handles all Human Resources. She assists in scheduling appointments for our customers and staff.
